Australian Mortgage Consultant (AMC) is a tool for Australian Mortgage Brokers to compare and select mortgage loans.

Australian mortgage market data is provided (rates, fees, features).

AMC compares and ranks Home and Investment Loans.

AMC calculates and compares comparison rates. It does this for multiple lenders commonly used by Australian mortgage brokers.

AMC can compare a current loan to the available refinance alternatives.

AMC takes in to account the following parameters in determining comparison rates :-

i) Initial, short term fixed or discount variable rates.
ii) The ongoing variable rate.
iii) Up Front fees
iv) Ongoing account keeping and package fees.
vi) Loan Amount, Loan Period and Loan Term (the exit time).

You can specify loan features so you include only loans which meet your specified requirements.

AMC calculates and displays a table ranking loans in order of best comparison rate.

Data is provided:

Included with the initial purchase of AMC is Australian mortgage market data for a period of 30 days.
After 30 days AMC will prompt you to re-subscribe for a further 30 days if you wish.

AMC compares and ranks Home and Investment Loans.

For each loan product the user can display details :-

i) rates and fees.
ii) payments for the initial fixed/discount period.
iii) payments for the remainder of the loan term.
iv) the comparison rate.

A pdf report can be emailed.
